Discovery Flight - 90 minutes (Up to 2 Participants • $299 Total) Minimum age to participate: 13 years Share the cockpit or take command solo during this extended Boeing 737 simulator adventure. Led by a professional airline pilot simulator instructor, you’ll follow a realistic airline flight profile from gate to gate — complete with checklists, pre-flight procedures, and communication guidance. Total Time at Training Center: 90 minutes Includes a 30-minute pre-flight briefing (classroom and cockpit orientation) and 60 minutes of live simulator time. What to Expect: Complete start-up, taxi, takeoff, and shutdown procedures Two takeoffs and landings from different airports Perfect for aviation enthusiasts and those curious about pilot careers Pilots and Student Pilots: Time during simulator session can be logged toward your certificate or rating.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation/Rebooking Policy – You can change the day or time of any booking up to 48 hours prior to your appointment time without incurring a rebooking fee. If you need to cancel or change your appointment within 48 hours there is a rebooking fee of up to $50. If you do not show up for your appointment your booking can be cancelled without refund. Normal Business Hours: Weekdays 9am-6pm (By appointment only - walk-ins not available) Please note: Discovery Flight bookings cannot be scheduled more than 60 days in advance. Terms & Conditions: Medical – Aero Strategies Group accepts bookings on the understanding that participants and/or observers, are healthy and are free of health conditions such as heart problems, epilepsy or any others that are likely to be exacerbated by or induced by excitement. All participants take part at their own risk. Please inform us of any photo light sensitivity condition or any other medical issues that you feel may be relevant. Participants with color blindness can still fly the simulator although some instruments may be more difficult to read. Pilot Age Restrictions – Minimum age to fly the simulator is 13 years old accompanied by an instructor pilot occupying the first officer or captain seat. Observers Age Restrictions – There is no minimum age for observing, but anyone under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a separate adult, not the instructor pilot, who is responsible for their behavior while in the simulator. Attire – We ask that guests dress in an appropriate manner befitting a visit to professional flight aviation training center. As such we ask that you dress smart/casual and wear long pants. Clothing should be free of any holes or tears as not to interfere or damage components of the simulator flight deck. Flat shoes are required to operate the simulator without hinderance. Fit to Fly – We ask that you arrive rested and not under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Guest Behavior – We sincerely hope you will enjoy your experience with us. We will always conduct your flight experience with the utmost care and professionalism, offering you a realistic viewpoint of a professional airline pilot's work. As such, we ask that guests conduct themselves in a comparable manner in order to provide you with the best experience possible.
