Boeing 737 Simulator Discovery Flight - 1 hr 15 min Up to 2 Participants • ($229 Total) Minimum age to participate: 12 years Experience a full-scale Boeing 737 cockpit simulator (former British Airways Boeing 737-800) with an airline pilot simulator instructor beside you. No experience needed. You'll taxi, take off, fly, and land - and you can share the session with a second participant at no additional cost. What to Expect: Total Time at Training Center: 1 hour 15 minutes Includes a 15-minute pre-flight briefing/cockpit orientation and 60 minutes of live simulator time. Emergency Challenge Add-On Have you ever been on a flight and wondered... could you land the plane if no one else could? In this emergency scenario, both pilots become incapacitated. Fuel is low and it's up to you to bring the jet home - with only one chance to land safely. Guided in real-time only through simulated radio communications by a professional airline pilot simulator instructor from outside the simulator cockpit, you'll have one chance to perform an emergency descent and landing in our full-scale Boeing 737 cockpit simulator (former British Airways Boeing 737-800). Emergency Challenge Add-on: Emergency Landing Challenge 30 Minutes (Single) +$119 (Solo Experience) Take control in a real emergency scenario and attempt to land the aircraft safely. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation/Rebooking Policy – You can change the day or time of any booking up to 48 hours prior to your appointment time without incurring a rebooking fee. If you need to cancel or change your appointment within 48 hours there is a rebooking fee of up to $50. If you do not show up for your appointment your booking can be cancelled without refund. Normal Business Hours: Weekdays 10am-6pm (By appointment only - walk-ins not available) Please note: Discovery Flight bookings cannot be scheduled more than 60 days in advance. Terms & Conditions: Medical – Aero Strategies Group accepts bookings on the understanding that participants and/or observers, are healthy and are free of health conditions such as heart problems, epilepsy or any others that are likely to be exacerbated by or induced by excitement. All participants take part at their own risk. Please inform us of any photo light sensitivity condition or any other medical issues that you feel may be relevant. Participants with color blindness can still fly the simulator although some instruments may be more difficult to read. Pilot Age Restrictions – Minimum age to fly the simulator is 12 years old accompanied by an instructor pilot occupying the first officer or captain seat. Observers Age Restrictions – There is no minimum age for observing, but anyone under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a separate adult, not the instructor pilot, who is responsible for their behavior while in the simulator. Attire – We ask that guests dress in an appropriate manner befitting a visit to professional flight aviation training center. As such we ask that you dress smart/casual and wear long pants. Clothing should be free of any holes or tears as not to interfere or damage components of the simulator flight deck. Flat shoes are required to operate the simulator without hinderance. Fit to Fly – We ask that you arrive rested and not under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Guest Behavior – We sincerely hope you will enjoy your experience with us. As such, we ask that guests conduct themselves in a comparable manner in order to provide you with the best experience possible.
